Charis Homes built our custom home. Before we built, friends had told us about their experiences with their home builders (NOT CHARIS) and much of it was negative. So, of course we anticipated problems before we even started to build. But we had the best experience building our home!! The team at Charis was professional, honest (which is so important), and they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Nothing but the best for their customers. They were attentive to our needs and worked very closely with us on a day to day basis. If you are looking for a team with integrity, this is it!! We love our quality built home, and have recommended Charis Homes to all our friends!

This has been a great experience, we have built other homes and have not had the guidance through out the whole time. Our selection coordinator was wonderful and really on top of her game, hats off to her. Charis really delivered a great product and hope to see low utilities. The accounting department really kept me updated on my account from start to finish. Our Project Manager was great on details, stuff I wouldn't have thought of, could have updated builders trend pictures more regular, but I know that he was fairly new at the time. Emily started all this dream with getting a great lot for a great price.
We are so happy with our TARA HOME and will refer others looking for a home to you!!!!!
